With over 17 years of experience in advertising, design, website development and brand identity, Adam Luttrell is well versed in the needs of his clients.

Adam has worked in an ad agency environment managing campaign development and client branding for over 8 years before moving on to multimedia design and project management with the state's leading online developer of the time. Adam spent eighteen months in the the role before being appointed a state General Manager for a national media monitoring company for five years specialising in client issue management, providing feedback on media reaction and assisting clients to proactively manage media issues.

Adam's next appointment was being involved in one of the state's largest tourism rebranding exercises where he was the Online Manager responsible for the brand's website development including managing usability, creative development and search engine optimization. Throughout this time however, Adam has worked to provide branding and marketing solutions to companies, clubs, bands and not-for-profit organizations assisting these groups develop strong, recognizable identities. After starting his own home staging business Adam decided to develop Shift Branding International to assist small to medium business (and particularly Home Stagers) develop their identity and create a presentable brand that truly represents the business.

 “You learn what people want and like and know what will work and what won’t” says Adam. “Design need not be an expensive exercise either, it simply has to answer a creative need.”

Adam says “It’s something I enjoy, I am passionate about presenting solutions to people’s problems through design and knowing that they will take these ideas and use them to create something that the client is passionate about - that makes the job worthwhile.”
